1. Digital Product Policy

All courses sold on Safeify are digital products. Once access is granted, the product is considered delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

  • A refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase
  • The course has not been significantly completed or consumed

Safeify reserves the right to evaluate usage activity before approving any refund.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • More than 7 days have passed since purchase
  • A significant portion of the course has been accessed
  • The purchase was made by mistake but access was already used
  • Failure to complete the course
  • Dissatisfaction without valid reason

If you experience technical problems preventing access to your course, contact support.
Safeify will attempt to resolve the issue before considering a refund.

5. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without contacting Safeify first may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent restriction from future purchases

7. Processing Time
